What to report

Conduct that does not match our standards

Suspected fraud, bribery or corruption. Conflicts of interest. Misuse of company assets or information. Breaches of law, regulation or internal policy. Harassment, discrimination or retaliation. Anything that puts clients, counterparties or the group at risk.

How it works

Received and assessed by Compliance

Reports go to the Compliance function, which logs and assesses every submission. You may identify yourself or report anonymously. If you leave a contact address, Compliance may come back to you for the detail needed to look into the matter properly.

Your protection

No retaliation for reporting in good faith

Reports are handled confidentially and shared only with the people who need to act on them. Anyone who reports a concern in good faith is protected from retaliation, and retaliation is itself a reportable breach.
