What to report
Conduct that does not match our standards
Suspected fraud, bribery or corruption. Conflicts of interest. Misuse of company assets or information. Breaches of law, regulation or internal policy. Harassment, discrimination or retaliation. Anything that puts clients, counterparties or the group at risk.
How it works
Received and assessed by Compliance
Reports go to the Compliance function, which logs and assesses every submission. You may identify yourself or report anonymously. If you leave a contact address, Compliance may come back to you for the detail needed to look into the matter properly.
Your protection
No retaliation for reporting in good faith
Reports are handled confidentially and shared only with the people who need to act on them. Anyone who reports a concern in good faith is protected from retaliation, and retaliation is itself a reportable breach.

Turing Financial Group Ethics Line
Use the form below to raise a concern relating to Turing Financial Group. It takes a few minutes and can be completed anonymously.
If the matter is urgent or involves an immediate risk to people, assets or client funds, do not wait for the form: contact the Compliance function directly at compliance@turingfig.com.
1. Purpose of this channel
The Ethics Line is the formal route for employees, contractors, clients, counterparties and any third party to report a concern about conduct at Turing Financial Group. It exists so that concerns reach the Compliance function directly, in writing, and are recorded.
2. Who can use it
Anyone. You do not need to be an employee of the group, and you do not need proof. A reasonable, good-faith concern is enough to open a case.
3. Anonymity
You may submit a report without giving your name. Anonymous reports are assessed on the same terms as identified ones. Bear in mind that without a way to reach you, Compliance may not be able to ask the follow-up questions an investigation needs.
4. What happens after you submit
Every submission is logged and reviewed by the Compliance function. Where a report is substantiated, Compliance determines the corrective action and escalates to management or the board as the matter requires. Access to the file is limited to the people who need it to act.
5. Confidentiality and no retaliation
Reports are treated as confidential. Retaliation against anyone who reports a concern in good faith, or who cooperates with a review, is prohibited and is itself a reportable breach of policy.
6. Misuse
The channel is not for commercial disputes, service requests or complaints unrelated to conduct. Knowingly false reports are a breach of policy.
